Our local shop is in the Miami Gardens area. Our online shop is open, you can also schedule a dessert order pick-up and delivery. Follow us on Instagram for more updates. 

Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are shipped from Miami Florida from 1-5 business days. If you place an order on Friday please be aware that we will not ship it Saturday or Sunday, but during the next 1-5 business days.
  • On average, domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days (US) depending on your location and what shipping method you chose during checkout.
  • International orders usually arrive within 2-4 weeks but can vary greatly for many reasons. Please order in enough time for your order to be processed through customs to avoid any unforeseen delays. If you need your order processed faster, you must contact us immediately. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for any stole or lost packages. If you didn't receive your package please contact us immediately we will do everything we can to assist you. We will check the USPS tracking information once it says delivered we are no longer responsible. Please be aware that we will review and track your order, once its delivered as stated by USPS we are no longer responsible. When entering your shipping address please double check to confirm all the information is correct. 
  • Please review your address before submitting your order
  • For international orders we are not responsible for any package that was lost or detained in customs. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have to give me 48 HOURS prior to cancel an order. If you have any concerns about your order please do not hesitate in contacting us before.
  •  Dear client, please review your order before submitting it. 
  • ALL orders are final! Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT accept any returns or exchange under no circumstance. 
  • If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately and send us a picture of the damaged product. This will help us find out where the problem was and make sure we solve it.
  • We will review your situation and offer to replace the product, partial or total refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to make the decision on each situation. 
  • If you ordered the wrong product please contact us immediately.
  • We will send the correct product or issue a refund we reserve the right to make the decision. You can keep the wrong product. 
  • We kindly to give us up to a 5 business day period to process your product help request. 
  • Refunds can take 1-10 business days to be available depending on your financial institution.

All the personal information provided its used to keep track of all our clients and create ways of rewarding them according to their purchase history.

Out of Stock Products

  • If you purchased an item and we are out of stock we will issue a refund as soon as we process your order. Please allow these funds to be available from 1-10 business day.

Pre-Order Products

We offer some of the best desserts available in the local Miami market and we do offer a preorder option. When you buy a pre-order item you are agreeing to order this product and receive it when this item arrives usually within 30 business days after ordering date. 

If you include other items that you might need urgently with our PRE-ORDER item please be aware that we will ship all items together. If you need available items urgently please purchase separately or contact us via email or phone.
